The festivities began yesterday for Dia de Los Muertos. It was held in the plaza in front of the church.

We loved the performance art and dancing put on by different schools. These kids won first place.

It was fun to be there with Natalie's Mom, Laura and her sister Mel. We share the mutual love of loreto with them. Laura is moving into her villa this week and Natalie is on her way soon!

The atmosphere is joyful. Marigold crowns, face paint, food carts and free hot chocolate and Pan De Muertos for everyone. I'm thankful to be here.
